*Associates of Kohl's Department Stores, Inc. and/or
Associates' immediate family members are not eligible as Students under
the Program, but Associates and Associates' immediate family members may
nominate Students who are not members of their household. The term
"immediate family members" is defined as parent(s), child(ren), spouse
and other members of the Associate's household who are declared as
dependents on the Associate's federal income tax return. Employees of
ACT, Inc. and its respective affiliates may not participate as a Student
or nominator in this Program.
