Oct 12-14, Museum of Appalachia Fall Homecoming in Norris.

Oct 19-20. Tennessee History Festival in Nashville,
at the Bicentennial Mall State Park. A large, FREE event featuring reenactors of all time periods. In years past, there have been in excess of 50 school buses of students, so school groups are asked to RSVP at 615-741-5800. Homeschoolers are highly encouraged to come Friday afternoon, when most of the public school students have come and gone.

Dec. 15-16. Early Occupied Nashville event in Nashville, at the Belle Meade Plantation. Encamped Union reenactors along with artillery demonstrations, cavalry demonstrations, crafts, carriage rides, roasting of marshmallows, etc. There is an admission fee. For more info, click here.

Stone's River
Dec. 29-30, Civil War event in Murfreesboro, 150th anniversary of the Battle of Stone's River. Union and Confederate reenactors, programs of various kinds at the national military park.  Click here for more.
